As you enter from the street, you’re greeted by a spacious patio with a wood-fired BBQ to the left and a raised swimming pool with steps for easy access to the right. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, dining, or lounging with a glass of wine. At the far end, you’ll find a projector screen set up for cozy open-air movie nights.

Step inside and you’re welcomed into the open-plan living space, designed with soft tones and thoughtful details. The living area features a stylish mirror straight ahead, a large wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable seating area — ideal for unwinding after a day of sun and sea.

Beyond the living space, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, smartly positioned so they’re not immediately visible when you enter the home. The modern bathroom is easily accessible directly from this space.

Both bedrooms have queen-size beds (1.6 x 2 m) and air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep.
